Our target
We are working toward a WCAG 2.2 Level AA target for the core IntoGREATion web experience, including account, discovery, booking, checkout, messaging, and admin flows. A complete accessibility audit has not yet been documented, so we do not currently claim formal conformance.
What we are doing
We design for keyboard access, visible focus, descriptive labels and errors, semantic structure, readable contrast, zoom and reflow from 360-pixel mobile layouts through desktop layouts, and reduced-motion preferences. The platform supports captions and transcripts for uploaded media.
Known limitations
- Representative screen-reader checks and the full browser and device test matrix are still in progress.
- Some practitioner-uploaded media may not yet include complete captions or transcripts.
- Third-party experiences, including Stripe-hosted checkout and external video meeting services, may have accessibility behavior outside IntoGREATion's direct control.
This statement covers the IntoGREATion website. It does not assess services delivered independently by practitioners.
